Dr. Brenda Salter-McNeil's Message at River City Community Church
The message below is one of the best messages I have ever heard on the incarnation and why we need to cross cultures to care for people. It's an hour long, but very worth the time. A powerful word. You can download the podcast version here.
A really timely and challenging sermon: listening to it as I make final preparations for our services at St Joseph's on Christmas Eve.It was that great missionary bishop and theologian John V Taylor in his superb book 'The Go-Between God' who wrote about the imperative for Christians to discern where God's Holy Spirit is at work in our community and to join in! Amen to that call to 'be Christmas', Brenda! A very happy and holy Christmas to you Arloa and your friends, family and network, from an unseasonably chilly London.
